AED Lease

Many companies opt to lease an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) due to their
financial structure, or the need for a hassle‐free AED program. LifeSafe includes everything that you need to make sure your AED program is a success, that it meets all compliance issues, and that the AED will be ready when needed. This is a 24‐month program. At the end of the 2‐year term, you have the option to renew the lease, or purchase the equipment outright. We offer service programs for client‐owned equipment at very competitive rates.

The program includes:

  • Medical Director to oversee the program
  • AED prescription as required in most states by the FDA
  • Registration and Compliance with AED laws at the federal, state & local levels
  • CPR and AED certification training for up to 10 people
  • Onsite bi‐annual inspection of your AED program by our service technician
  • Free replacement of parts
  • Program Management Data tracks the AED serial number, expiration of pads and batteries, exact location of the AED, and all actions taken with the AED
  • If the unit has an upgrade or is recalled, LifeSafe will update or replace the unit

 

If the AED is deployed we supply:

  • Post‐use emergency data review and filing
  • Physician review of event data with follow‐up report and recommendations
  • After an event, a loaner AED is supplied by LifeSafe until the unit is returned to service
  • Incident Reports
  • Stress debriefing material
